I'm still working on "wrist" recuperation and while wondering how I can really improve things for the future, found a set of great exercises from the Berrocco site: 5 Exercises in 5 Minutes for 5 fingers.
AND installing my husband's blue-tooth wireless keyboard, and putting it on a pull-out shelf here on my desk will hopefully make all the difference! The keyboard sure feels great on my hands as my wrists don't touch anything flat.
