There's no one here at the moment to take an "action" photo, but I've discovered how to wind a sticky wool like Alchemy Haiku (mohair and silk) -- slip it over your head, and wind on your ball winder! A lot less stress -- wonder why it took me so long to figure this one out!
Of course, avoid your earrings when unwrapping the skein! LOL
(This is part of the finding the "suitcase" yarn to travel with; otherwise the wool/fabric closet will be finished sorting through this evening and then "closed."
